I’d been meaning to visit this little town for ages, and last Saturday, I finally grabbed my car keys and drove two hours toward Aachen, North Rhine-Westphalia. Nestled in the Eifel region, this charming resort town had been calling my name for so long!

Now, I’m not here to give y’all a history lesson (that’s what Google is for, but I just had to share some pictures from this fairytale village—adorable houses, dreamy streets, and an absolutely breathtaking view from the top of the ruins. And yes, climbing up there almost killed me… again. And yes, I wore the wrong shoes… again. But hey, I’m a princess, and princesses wear whatever they want, not what people tell them to!

As I wandered through this tiny village, I couldn’t stop crying—it was just so beautiful. I might have even been secretly hoping to stumble upon my prince on a white horse. Because honestly, the whole place felt straight out of a fairytale!

The weather was perfect—33°C, the last golden day of European summer. It feels like fall will come early this year, and I can’t wait! Changing leaves, crisp air, unpredictable weather… there’s just something so magical about autumn.

Here are some pictures from my weekend in this amazing place...

OfCourse a picture of me in the middle of the market square, amazing feeling.

I totally in awe, love this German house, so colorful, one day I would love to own one of these places, I will be the happier person on the planet earth.

From the top of the hill—breathtaking views, burning legs.

Next trip, BRING A WALKER. No, seriously.

And for the love of all things comfy, do NOT just wear your sandals because they "look cute" with your dress, young lady.

Dont you just love this view ?

Germany, Beer, and Life Lessons .

Well, when in Germany, of course, you have to try the beer—and let me tell you, it was amazing! I tried it multiple times (for research purposes, of course), and yes, the verdict remains: amazing.

Then there’s Flammkuchen—Germany’s take on pizza. Thin, crispy, and ridiculously tasty. 10/10, would eat again.

What I learned from today’s trip:✔️ Enjoy the best things in life.✔️ Don’t give up.✔️ Other people’s opinions? Meh. At the end of the day, the only person who truly matters is you.

During this healing journey, I’ve met so many people—some who inspire me to keep fighting, and others who remind me why I should simply enjoy life. People say, everyone comes into your life for a reason… but honestly? I’m not buying it.

Above all, I feel blessed to be on this journey. Most people spend their lives searching for love. But the truly blessed ones? They give love instead. And I choose to be one of them.

I love nature.I love culture. And I love learning more and more

August 31st.

Next trip, Bologna Italy
